RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns can be accepted for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
- If needing to make a return or exchange, please include your invoice with the tags attached. Item must also be in it's new condition.
- Return & exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- If the returned item appears to be washed, worn, stained, smell of odors, or in bad condition, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
- If you suspect a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of date delivered and you must include a photo of the damage or defect. {Please note that Sweet Sassafras Boutique is not responsible for damages as a result of improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing}.
- We do our best to ensure accuracy and product quality of every order that leaves our warehouse. However, please note that computer resolution and photography may display color differently.
SHIPPING
- FREE US Shipping for orders over $75: All U.S. orders $75 and over ship for FREE with USPS and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier! Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
- We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered". You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.
