RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Returns can be accepted for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
  • If needing to make a return or exchange, please include your invoice with the tags attached. Item must also be in it's new condition.
  • Return & exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • If the returned item appears to be washed, worn, stained, smell of odors, or in bad condition, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
  • Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will see the refund on the credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

  • FREE US Shipping for orders over $75: Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR PROBLEM WITH SHIPMENT

PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email at sweetsassafrasboutique3@gmail.com. We will happily get you taken care of and apolgize if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving our boutique Please do not use scissors when opening the packages :)

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you LOVE them as much as WE DO :)

We do our best to ensure accuracy and product quality of every order that leaves our warehouse. However, please note that computer resolution and photography may display color differently.
