Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We welcome all qualifying returns for a complete refund within 14 days from date of purchase. Non-quailfying items are as follows: smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will see the refund on the credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at sweetsassafrasboutique3@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed, we will do our best to modify the contents of your order. Orders may not be cancelled.

SALE ITEMS

Clearance Items under our ON SALE SECTION are marked at/or below cost! They are AMAZING deals on items that we only have a few left of and we are making room for new GOODIES - due to this - they are a FINAL SALE.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR PROBLEM WITH SHIPMENT

PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email at sweetsassafrasboutique3@gmail.com. We will happily get you taken care of and apolgize if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving our boutique Please do not use scissors when opening the packages :)

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you LOVE them as much as WE DO :)

We are an exclusive online boutique based near Atlanta, GA specializing in women's and kids apparel. We offer new arrivals weekly and are committed to delivering the latest trend pieces at affordable prices.We are a Mom and 2 Daughters Team. We had our start under another retail company, but we felt that God was leading us to have our own business, so our new adventure begins :) We are Sweet Sassafras Boutique, and in our logo we have shown that the leaves on the Sassafras tree are unique in 3 ways just as we are, because of our uniqueness we will all have our special rolls to play. Our logo is also in a circle showing our never ending commitment to our customers, and our love of community.
